This unique offering will explore a new book, with the same title, by Michael Mendizza. Unconditionally Free is a sweeping overview view of the life and insights of J. Krishnamurti shared in talks and dialogues, decade by decade, followed by highlights of the ‘other’ state pointed to by Krishnamurti and its resonance with classic Tibetan Buddhist teachings, followed by an inquiry into what prevents most from experiencing what the speaker pointed to all his life.
A unique format follows a timeline from 1850 to the speaker’s death in 1986, including the prophesy of a coming World Teacher, the discovery of a human body for this reoccurring force of goodness to express through, the boy’s early life and training, how his strange, vacant mind, prevented this early conditioning from taking root, his growing rebelliousness, a mysterious ‘process’ and its awakening of an intense, yet silent, state of body and mind and with that awakening a radically different way of living.
The goal of this online exploration is to reveal the unity in the diversity of Krishnamurti’s estimated 250,000 pages that make up the teachings. The global approach being offered can therefore be describes as holographic. One sees the whole in all of its parts rather than attempting to come to wholeness through the parts.
The overall message is clear: to change the world, before it is too late, each of us must bring about our own inner-revolution. This total transformation is not the product of thought, time or methods. It is a change in the very root of human consciousness, in the state of the mind and heart, and from that, its content. Unconditionally Free brings this possibility closer, clearer and more urgent than ever.
