Kindly be mindful of the following points regarding the forum. Dialogue is thinking together - it isn’t debate - and it's inquiring together without end point or agenda. People come into the dialogue from their own place of understanding, which is not going to be your place of understanding. We’re here to communicate together, learn together and gain insight into our own thought; to receive and share our observations, not impose our views on others. Address the comments in a polite, considerate manner. By all means, ask for clarification, but challenge the comment, not the commentator. We don’t know enough about the others to make those judgments and we’re here to learn about ourselves, not to correct another's perceived personality flaws. If a comment brings an emotional response, look at that. Do you feel the need to defend? To attack? Time for some looking inward. Self protection results in war. Besides, the war is in each of us. Stop that war, and the rest will take care of itself. (For some suggestions on the nature of dialogue, please click here)

Discussing over meditation must be the meditation itself.

It’s not an easy business to speak about in person, let alone writing.

Krishnamurti told sometimes, not to do it in public.

…just a mess.

As I sad, I was trying many times…

yes but natura, the needle is there in the haystack and if enjoying the hay you are then what the hay, why not?

Well, sophisticated, joe, but if I’ve got you right.

The only problem of our human life is that all the joy we enjoy turns, sooner or later, to its own opposition, and we have to work out it.

So, eventually, there is still a point to seek for that needle.

Yes and in the finding that point of the needle may find its way under your skin as well.

Little bruce's little orgy.

Indeed.  Talking stimulates you, or you wouldn't do it. That's a fact.

And the same goes for you, Eden. It's pretty obvious there are two types of conversations that get (or maybe "keep" is a better word) you going.

Re: no title

I must do it, I must talk. You see, there's nothing wrong with being emphatic.

But if I don't talk it's just as fine. And when I do I am emphatic-where's the problem?

I like the word relaxation very much
and I like the word tension equally well as descriptive terms to help get a handle on what we are up against and what it is we need

how do you feel about those terms?
I know they are a little, humdrum, but perhaps they can help us get deeper into it.

for example, how do you best like to relax?
really, I am genuinely interested in this and I ask a lot of people this same question.

‘Relaxation’ is a taken and pretty busy word today, like, just for example, by autogenic training.
Anyhow, it’s unavoidable.
Yes, relaxation follows in meditation. If it deep enough, first thing, you are losing your limbs, then the body completely.

BTW, then you see what you wrote today, how spirit and body connected together.

Now take a reliable shelter, cover your head and let flash down the upcoming avalanche of the smartest messages like about, that’s a method, the time is included and if that, then this, etc., etc.

More propaganda.

Museums are looking for articles from that movement, maybe you can cash in on that banner. Movement which is now seen as a 'passing anger'-which is what it is.

thanks for the tip bruce, but it didn't pass yet.
ever heard of the flame of discontent ? you would do good in that museum too..

Humans have established a vast distribution network, and are continuing to refine it. I don't see this idea of distributing various goods around the globe changing anytime soon. Is the energy to distribute the goods going to run out? Is this network on the verge of collapse or is it resilient? Of course one can be much better at using local resources and producing locally, why not. But the march of technology will go on, better and better sources of energy will be harnessed. By the time oil runs out, something else will have been invented most likely (and eventually, safe nuclear fusion, like focus fusion). And there is also plenty of time to grow some trees, regardless.

It is all artificial, in as much as no animal does this to such a degree, though to a less degree (ants grow mushrooms). Driving a car on tropical island is as artificial as eating an avocado in Norway. Clothes are artificial, tools are artificial. No big deal, in small doses :-)

About what?  Your silly ideas of "occupation"?  Ofcourse, not.  But as long as you enjoy it...that is all what matters, right?

good points night, but small doses do not seem to be the norm...not sure that is the point either, just a point.  The world is as it is, this has and always will be the case.

Such is the nature of the human mind, escape after escape.  Why I wonder these little grils and boys ever grow up to be men and women!  With their cigg's and tents and spas and ideas of enlightenment and  beliefs and fear... they're kinda cute but so dumb! :-)
