Kindly be mindful of the following points regarding the forum. Dialogue is thinking together - it isn’t debate - and it's inquiring together without end point or agenda. People come into the dialogue from their own place of understanding, which is not going to be your place of understanding. We’re here to communicate together, learn together and gain insight into our own thought; to receive and share our observations, not impose our views on others. Address the comments in a polite, considerate manner. By all means, ask for clarification, but challenge the comment, not the commentator. We don’t know enough about the others to make those judgments and we’re here to learn about ourselves, not to correct another's perceived personality flaws. If a comment brings an emotional response, look at that. Do you feel the need to defend? To attack? Time for some looking inward. Self protection results in war. Besides, the war is in each of us. Stop that war, and the rest will take care of itself. (For some suggestions on the nature of dialogue, please click here)

What is there to look at what you said on this occasion sir?I haven't told SDS to follow anything I said.

What is your name sir? There is a Sri Lankan operating several accounts in Kinfonet under several western names. It's a person who maintains K was mad. There may be several with him.So what is your name? You understand sir, it'll be a wastage of time to get in to a discussion with them.

I always find it interesting when this kind of stuff is exposed. That some ids are the same person playing games.

This person you are referring to, thinks K was mad? What do you mean? Like he was an impostor or something like that?

And agreed, most of the time, it is best to just ignore those trolls.....

Yes, it's someone who calls himself Yogi Anuradha. He opened a thread in Kinfonet saying K was mad. I met him recently & he tried telling me also that K was a schizophrenic. He had read K's notebook & says all those pains & the fact that K had been getting shouting means he had been mad. See it's his conditioning. He had read that a spiritually awakened person bears up pain & because K shouted out he had been mad. He doesn't see shouting out can be a natural bodily reaction to intense physical pain.I told him that once K told his doctor not to anesthetize him fully & underwent an operation in a semi anesthetized state.

Incidently SDS some of us answered quite a lot of things he said there. I was under the impression we disproved what he said properly. When I met him he told me that he disproved everything we said!!! I can't believe it. Something surely wrong somewhere!!
But frankly I feel sorry for him sometimes. He has left his family, everything & is living alone struggling most of his life with meditation. But what he calls meditation is some sort of system or other which K categorically rejected. He said all that openly in Kinfonet.

SDS, if he recovers & I wish him very much to recover & is out of pain can you talk to him to give up life. Not suicide. But give up. If you manage to talk him into that & I am not saying something bad, then if that sinks in his to some extent even then strength will start ebbibg in. Of course this is easier said than done. You will have to do a lot of talking.

Of course there is a lot before that. He has to go through all this pain & physical healing itself will take a long time isn't it? So wish your cousin all the best under the sun SDS.

does that answer your question?

Re: Feelings

I am not trying to evade the question but please firstly define what you mean by mad

for example I think Bruce is psychotic, particularly re the last part of the definition below, but I (and I imagine anyone else) do not think K was anything like Bruce or vice versa.

"Psychosis is a symptom or feature of mental illness typically characterized by radical changes in personality, impaired functioning, and a distorted or nonexistent sense of objective reality"

Re: Feelings

thanks for the direct answer. i dont know why you mentioned bruse, when i asked for k. what do you think, how many people on this earth cannot follow, what k said. so the society is in a disorder, the organization of work, the nationalities, the society is psychotic, and man, who funktion in this disorder must became psychotic. the only chance is to step out mentally.

Re: Feelings

I mentioned Bruce because I thought you might still be following him and he really really wants a follower which would really really make things irrevocably worse.

no I think that this world view (society is in disorder, society is psychotic etc.) is another form of self-deception and further grounds for the ego to perpetuate its sense of separation and self-righteousness.

of course there is sickness everywhere you look, decay, disease death
there is also abundant vitality, health, creativity and life

you cannot have one without the other.

more to the point, many people feel that they must sacrifice their sanity to become free of the diabolical tyranny of their own minds. This is categorically not the way.

Our relationships with the people we are closest to are our truest guides in this regard.

The view that the society is in disorder is a form of self deception? Dear friend, there are wars going on inthe world! Can that be said to be any kind of order?

It is perfect order in fact. It is the height of delusion to suggest that the universe is in disorder.
