Kindly be mindful of the following points regarding the forum. Dialogue is thinking together - it isn’t debate - and it's inquiring together without end point or agenda. People come into the dialogue from their own place of understanding, which is not going to be your place of understanding. We’re here to communicate together, learn together and gain insight into our own thought; to receive and share our observations, not impose our views on others. Address the comments in a polite, considerate manner. By all means, ask for clarification, but challenge the comment, not the commentator. We don’t know enough about the others to make those judgments and we’re here to learn about ourselves, not to correct another's perceived personality flaws. If a comment brings an emotional response, look at that. Do you feel the need to defend? To attack? Time for some looking inward. Self protection results in war. Besides, the war is in each of us. Stop that war, and the rest will take care of itself. (For some suggestions on the nature of dialogue, please click here)

Re: Feelings

My classic shake is raw cream, coconut water, 1 large frozen banana, and a bit of real vanilla bean. It's ultra beyond.

sounds heavenly for sure.  do you have juicer? or do you just blend it?

Just put them all in a blender and it's heavenly with a dash of honey or maple syrup added.

Re: Feelings

The cream is from organic grass fed cows and it's heavenly.  Even as it starts to sour it is tasty.

Re: Feelings

I make a raw vanilla ice cream too, with raw cream, raw egg yolks, raw sugar or honey, and vanilla bean.  I stick the vita mix in the deep freezer to get it super cold, and after blending I put it in frozen bowls.

I make raw whip cream with it too. Bella is hooked on whip cream and strawberries and whip cream and bananas.  It's like her staple.

Really?  so there are 4 ingredients, hmm, wait, I already know one, basil, tow must be raw cream, three must be vanilla bean and four must be raw sugar...guessing.

Re: Feelings

Close.  There is also a 5th optional ingredient...it is pink, and it is from the Himalayas, but that is all I can tell you. I usually opt for it.

I do own a Williams-Sonoma Shun Classic Hollow-Ground Nakiri Knife....I wonder if that will help me move up in ranking.
