Kindly be mindful of the following points regarding the forum. Dialogue is thinking together - it isn’t debate - and it's inquiring together without end point or agenda. People come into the dialogue from their own place of understanding, which is not going to be your place of understanding. We’re here to communicate together, learn together and gain insight into our own thought; to receive and share our observations, not impose our views on others. Address the comments in a polite, considerate manner. By all means, ask for clarification, but challenge the comment, not the commentator. We don’t know enough about the others to make those judgments and we’re here to learn about ourselves, not to correct another's perceived personality flaws. If a comment brings an emotional response, look at that. Do you feel the need to defend? To attack? Time for some looking inward. Self protection results in war. Besides, the war is in each of us. Stop that war, and the rest will take care of itself. (For some suggestions on the nature of dialogue, please click here)

There is no growing....period, no becoming.  As for ugly, the guys don't seem to think so, or else they won't be as drawn.

If you are drawing immature men to yourself....that can only mean one thing.

that is sentimentalism, the drawing, etc.  The fact is you cannot avoid people when you go out and there are all kinds of 'em.

A highly evolved woman doesn't draw anyone she doesn't want to draw.

I question that, Sir. I am a highly evolved man, and I still draw wackos and gay guys and people who cling, etc to me. I think they are attracted to my evolvedness.

That's just pure jibberish.  Everyone is attracted to an evolved individual.

Exactly. I just wrote something similar, about the highly evolved man.

It is a well known phenomenon that the female disciples of Gurus are very attracted to the Master, even if he is physically not so appealing. It goes beyond the skin, and has to do with the energy they feel around the person.

I love it when a woman talks like a 5th grader.  It's my other secret fetish.

Nice to hear from you WB.

You know thought cannot see this. If it sees then it remembers, which is a trick. The inquiry must bring about a state in which this is lived.

Yes, the seeing is not thinking. It is a question of the state of mind to see. Seeing implies being aware. - Recently I thought there is no being open without being able to listen. The listening brings in a different state of mind.

Re: Memory playing tricks ..

So, memory can make blind or not being open to what is, is being blind. That means, can I let go memory? No renewing without letting memory go. Memory is generated and goes. - Often memory is confused with what is. The past is projecting. What is felt or sensed in the moment is very different. In a fast moving world there is no listening what is felt or sensed. It is like being out of tune. The seeing of it, changes it. Observation is change. - Then why can I not observe? The mind is drawn to something, the mind is drifting away from what is, the mind is caught with what happened recently. Life can be very dense, hard to deal with it in one shot. - There is being dispersed.
