Hi WB, let me toss a question of sorts your way. What if there were a remembered self that only attained to identity when being remembered, and that the connection between each remembering was the fact that it was my memory that I was dredging up.
Just a thought.

At birth human remembered to take next breath. This is something new suddenly. The sense of separation brought this necessity to breath. Obviously life is permeated with memory or possibly memory is permeated with life .Energetic memory facilitating change, not psychological memory forcing a reaction.

Is it possible to assume nothing? No speculation, nothing, just realizing what is taking place.

Breathing just takes place. We are not conscious of it. But we can be conscious of breathing by watching it.

It is important to see what memory is. Otherwise I am caught. The forgetting is as important as the the remembering. It is a whole process. There is forgetting only when there is a complete seeing or order.

There is the knowing of memory. Memory as a trickster, I form an image of a devious looking clown running around pushing all the panic buttons.Disconnect the energy supply or divert the energy supply,is there a choice to be made.Seriously though, what does it mean to forget? No recall ,recall disconnected.Seeing without recall.

Hi WB, nice to hear ya after a while. Hope you've had a great break. something struck me about disorder around the corner. I don't know what's around the corner but this moment there is order, harmony in the heart, in the home, in the mind. Disorder is a result of a lack of being self aware. For example let's say, when people think to love is to possess, or be possessed, or, to have a notion that love brings hurt, jealousy, pain. I mention this as recently talking to someone here, I realized that people do not love at all even though they think they do. So there is confusion, hurt according to most, in love. Almost everyone seems to think of it as a sorta posession...talking of those in the real world.

We do not control the remembering or forgetting. Just staying with what is, there is no speculation or assuming.

Yes, there is lots of confusion about love. I prefere not to talk about it, to stay out of trouble. There is a temptation to stay with the idea of love. Certainly in the western world, there is this idea of ever lasting romantic love. And then as you say there is this 'official' love which is the same as taking possession. Is it possible to let the person be whatever the person wants to be without being jealous. It is like we are living in a world, where there is only a restricted way of being in contact with a person of the other sex. Clearly we live with ideas of love and relation and limit our life with it. Being open, I can see that I can feel strongly for another person and yet I can let the person go and be. At the same I do not need to get lost in making life more difficult. - Can I lead a full life without being afraid? Can I watch emotions? They do not need to get me in trouble. - There is being afraid to be in love. And when being in love there is being afraid of loosing it. But love just comes and goes. I can only watch it and be with it.

Forgetting is important. It frees. It makes the new possible. - If forgetting has to do with order, then order is as important to make the new be possible. If there is no order, the only thing I can do, is, to watch disorder .. and this is the first step in making order.

Absolutely fascinating indeed. Funny, and wonderful as well that I actually have a sense that you are able to understand what I was sharing and vice versa, even if we cannot see each other in person. 's like listening to a human being, and not to a k robot! :-) Wonderfully refreshing to breath in this fresh air, energy...ahhh...takin' a nice deep breath of it...
I can see the point you made of memory and it's relation to what I shared. It's kinda subtle and intricate all at once when we observes ourselves, and others.
Being aware of all this is freeing, freeing of the very structure of the memory based action.
Dying to it all, there is the new, the new which is not a repetion of the old, but something totally new in the truest sense, and completely unknown...absolutely no certainty to anything.
This morning as I commented there was this quiet sense of order, harmony and thru out the day it was there, irrespective of the disorder that is thought, and in it there was no fear absolutely of anything, no demands, no questions, no doubts, and so, utterly quiet, inwardly. Nobody, nothing could shake it. And so seeing was/is possible. And seeing, sharing with you made much sense. Lovely, infact.
Thank you.

As for the thing called love, in real life when ever I hear the word love, or people start having what you call 'feelings' I just wanna move away very quickly, not becasue I'm afraid, but as I know exactly what is coming. Mostly, when I see people getting feelings I wanna yell, "STOP! don't even go there", as they'll never find me there. I guess what I'm trying to say is that it's really creepy what people call love, it's really violence, the romantic love and the possesive love as well.

Everyone wants love and to be loved, but not pearl. Pearl says,"oh gosh, I want none of it, please don't love me!" :-)

Poor tree is seeing himself in what I wrote, as the only love he knows is one of that I mentioned, and there are plenty of folks like tree in the world who chase, pursue, dominate, control in the name of love. Every day I meet plenty like these, frustrated, suppressed males seeking to fill their emptiness by trying to possess, control. Totally ugly males, completely a put off.

I dont get that vibe at all Tree from Pearl. In fact, I see great insight in what she posted. She is seeing clearly that what is passed off as what is known commonly as love in this world is not love at all, and she wants nothing to do with that superficial, illusory thing.

SDS, tree is an old frustrated, disturbed, paranoid fellow who reads his own stupidity into pearl's sharings often.

If you are growing and unlearning as you say....I am sure you will look back on the present pearl and see her as ugly and violent too in comparison, yes?
The brain grows through many stages....apparently every stage is violent and ugly but the one that pearl finds herself in presently.

There is no growing....period, no becoming. As for ugly, the guys don't seem to think so, or else they won't be as drawn.

Let me try it again dear pearl.....

I don't see myself as anything, ugly or pretty.
