fodder sans mudder: "Yes, I might put it even more strongly - our view of others is generally distorted by self-interest. Yet the difficulty of seeing the false in oneself is immeasurably greater. It's almost by definition that we don't see the false in ourselves - for any such seeing would effect immeasurable changes in our selves. And so we hesitate - usually forever."
So, the obvious difficulty is hesitation. What causes one to hesitate? The obvious answer is that the hesitation occurs before there is a leap into that which one cannot look into before one leaps.
Such a blind leap could be called a leap of faith, for who is to catch the leaper if that hole has no bottom?
Well, the easy way around that is to leap into the curve of space where free fall is the still and the hole at the bottom is always open.
The waves start at the top of the head and the shower is invigorating…

"False" in another and in onself? Sorry guys but though I can't explain it, that thought, "false" is a distraction when one makes to see such things.
Enough said..............

It's just a word, a pointer. If a person takes the image of him/herself to be more than the thought that it is, then it seems that is false.
