What do you mean by something completely different?

Who is this who wants to apply it to somethinng, night, if not someone separate from the energy itself, a thinker, an owner, a doer, a controller, an entity, someone who thinks him/her self as being apart from it. 

You see, for example take light which is energy.  Does light question itself, as to what to do with itself, or how it can be applied.  It's very nature is to shine it's light upon darkness without effort.

Different from unpatterned energy: energy with direction is patterned energy, and without the pattern it is something else.

Yes, writing a book, that's your favorite retort. No need to write a book. The universe is so. Just take a class of biology, physics or any other science. It obviously irks you to consider that there are patterns, that pearl herself is a pattern, like her guru K was also. That this whole universe is one ever-changing pattern.

As for psychological, you are the one who keeps bringing it up - your obsession clearly. There is actually no boundary between a psychological world and a physical world, it is one continuum. Mind is a pattern. Body is a pattern. Psyche is a pattern. Everything that moves is a pattern. And the source of all patterns is ? Patternless silence - amazing.

Silence is looking at itself expressed as the universe. Cheers!

Indeed.  It's what you are doing as well, yes? So can you fully love that part of me? ... the reactions, the patterns, the projections?  Can bring love and light and humor into them, or can you only condemn, label, accuse, judge, etc?  Those two movements feel very different, yes?
